System Engineer - Technical-voice / Non-voice job Responsibilities





Technical Skills:
Experience handling Cloud-based Voice Infra - Siemens, Cisco, Avaya.
Experience working with Linux server operating systems including CentOS and Red hat.
General System Administration expertise.
Understanding of LAN/WAN Network (Switches, Router & Firewall/UTM).
Hands-on expertise on DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Routers.
Ability to troubleshoot network issues - LAN & Wireless.
Experience handling enterprise-level anti-virus, intrusion detection.
Experience handling Windows Desktop support with knowledge of Active Directory.
Understanding of SaaS, AWS, GCP, Azure Production Support, ITIL workflow.


Minimum Qualifications:
B.Tech/B.E. - Information / computer science.
IT Certifications: OS/Networking/Security/Cloud will be a bonus.
Excellent Knowledge on Hardware and OS Skills - Windows, MAC, Linux
Proper phone etiquette.
Experience of Providing level 1 support to agents in the call center.
Possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Has a good attitude - should be committed to work.
Experience in delivering support to end-users via remote connection applications over the Internet.
Possesses experience in remotely diagnosing, resolving hardware, network and software issues involving internet connectivity, VOIP and more.
Exemplary Attendance and Punctuality.
Should possess abilities to share reports on a regular manner with utmost accuracy.
Sets high standards of performance for self; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks;
Self-imposing standards of excellence rather than having standards imposed.
