Job description

Windows Server Administrator

• Troubleshooting through phone, chat, & WIPL CRM Portal.
• Installation and configuration of web hosting control panels like Website Panel, Solid CP, MSP and Plesk.
• Installation and maintenance of virtual servers and masters on Hyper-V.
• Provide server support and manage windows environment.

Linux Server Administrator

• Troubleshooting through phone, chat, & WIPL CRM Portal.
• Installation & configuration of web hosting control panels like Control panel, Plesk, Direct Admin.
• Installation & Maintenance of Virtual Servers.

Required Candidate profile

• Thorough knowledge of Linux and windows server environment.
• Outstanding troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to multitask& handle teams.
• Excellent leadership communication skill.
• Facilitating training's.
• Ability to handle pressure. 
• Willing to relocate.
