Creating or Adding Users step by step
Step1: Right Click on My
Computer (This PC) and click Manage
Step2: In Computer Management,
Under System Tools> Click on “Local Users and Group “
Step3: In Right Side window,
you can see two options Users, Groups. Just Click on Users option.
Step4: In right side windows,
Right Click on Empty space and click New User.
Step5: When you click on New User option, Popup window will open here just fill the name and password for user and click Create button.
Note: You can open Computer Management option by using Run command (compmgmt.msc)
Press window + Run key to open run prompt, in Run box, Type compmgmt.msc and hit Enter Key.
User adding steps in short
In short (Right
click My Computer or This PC > Click Manage>System Tools>Local
Users and Groups>Click on Users>Right Click on Users>Click New
User > Add User Information Form is opened, fill
that form and Click on Create button.
While Creating User, you can see some options are showing in the user
creation box. Let’s Talk about these options.
1. User must change
password at next logon
This option means that when you created user and when user
will login, first time it will ask for password change. And user can change
password here So that user can keep their password secret.
2. User Cannot change password
It means that only administrator can change user’s password, User cannot change their password
3. Password Never expires
In windows we can set the password expiration of users. When we
select this option, the password of user will never expire till user change
their password manually.
3. Account is disable
When we select this option, User account that we are creating will disable till we do not enable it. it means user account is created but cannot login.
